Delivery

If the cabinet you have ordered is in stock it can be shipped the next working day after your payment has cleared but please allow up to 28 days.
Custom made Display Cabinets may take longer than this.

We use DHL next day signed for courier service so please make sure that someone is available to receive your cabinet on the arranged delivery date.
Non delivered items may incur a surcharge if they have to be re-delivered.
We can also provide you with a unique tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package online.

If you wish to collect your cabinet in person from our premises (by prior arrangement only) that would be most acceptable and you will save on shipping costs!


Custom Made Display Cabinets

Any display cabinets ordered that are custom made to your specification will require a 50% deposit payable when you place the order.
The balance and any shipping costs are then due on completion.
If for any reason the order is subsequently cancelled then the deposit will be lost.


Returns Policy

Unfortunately no refunds can be made except in circumstances where we have made a mistake

All our cabinets are shipped in specially made boxes that offer maximum protection.
We use a reputable courier who will treat your package with respect to ensure that it arrives safely.
However, ultimately we cannot be held responsible for any damage occured in transit and it would be at our discretion to repair or replace your cabinet.
